Gentle, body-based support to help you live better with chronic pain
Living with ongoing pain affects more than your body. It can impact sleep, mood, confidence and your sense of safety.
When pain is persistent, your nervous system can stay in a constant state of alert — leaving you feeling worn down, disconnected from your body, or bracing for the next flare.
Sophrology works with the nervous system to reduce tension, calm stress responses and help you feel more at ease in your body, even when pain is present

Chronic pain & persistent tension
You might notice: - Pain that keeps your body in constant alert mode - Cycles of fear, tension and exhaustion - Feeling disconnected from or frustrated with your body
By restoring a sense of safety in the body, sophrology can soften tension, reduce strain and support a calmer relationship with pain.

Sessions are: - Gentle and non-medical - Body-based and practical - Adapted to your pace and needs
You remain in control at all times. There’s no pressure to talk more than you want to, and nothing to “get right”.
Sessions are available in person in North Wales and online.

You don’t have to cope alone — and you don’t need to be in crisis to seek support.
